This carnival glass bowl is very tailored. The pattern is “stippled rays”. The Northwood mark is with an “N” in a circle on the inside bottom of the bowl. The color of the bowl is an amethyst opalescent.
The bowl is a four (4) mold bowl with the top edge of the bowl being ruffled and scalloped. It is 8 ¾” in diameter X 3” high, circa 1910 – 1920. There are a few straw marks, these being a manufacturer’s defect. The condition of the bowl is very good. There are no chips, cracks or hairlines.
