Sterling Silver Cameo Pendant with Marcasites, Vintage
This cameo pendant is carved onyx. The background color is unusual since it’s grey in color with a raised white carved figure of an aristocratic lady. The sterling silver framework is textured and has two (2) marcasites attached at the top and three (3) at the bottom of the pendant. The chain is not original to the pendant but is stamped “925”. The pendant tests sterling and has the craftsman on the back of the pendant.

The pendant is 1” long, ½” wide. The chain is 18” long. The condition is very good. There are no missing marcasites nor are there any bangs or dents, circa 1920-1930.
