This vintage, closed case, tooled leather double hinged free standing photo enclosure opens to display its original brass frame. The photo and leather album are both signed “Bachrach”. The interior of the album is silk and velvet lined and the exterior case is dark blue leather with tooled gold gilt striping.

It is 5 ½” high, 4 ¾ “ wide and ¾” thick. The condition is good with one very small wedge of leather missing by each of the hinges, a small piece of leather missing on the lower right hand corner of the back rest and a portion of the "ribbon pull" on the bottom of the stand (back rest) is frayed.

It is safe to assume that such wear would be very normal for a piece this age. It's my opinion that none of these blemishes take away from this great photo frame. Circa 1950’s.
