Offered is a gorgeous 2pc. sterling "Master Fish Set" in the pattern "Helena" by Blackinton of N. Attleboro, Ma.The gold washed fork measures 8 3/4" long. The body is 3" x 2 1/8". The fork is 9 1/2" long. The body is 4 1/2" x 2 1/4". The pattern came out in 1900. Wells bought Blackinton in 1967 and their pattern "Marie Louise" was sold to the US State Dept for all embassies throughout the world. "Helena" is a beautifully embellished pattern.See pic. On the back of the two pieces is the original Blackington mark and the word sterling. With the popularity of fish, these sets are really coming back into vogue and this is a perfect one. C:1900
