Antique Decanters On Revolving Silverplated Stand C:1860

Offered is a most unusual revolving silverplated footed stand with three decanters. I have looked for marks on the stand and can find none, but I feel certain that it is English, It is silver on copper and the copper is blooming through on parts of the stand. I find that most appealing and would never re-plate it. The stand is 13 1/2" tall. It has three feet and an applied floral border that is quite lovely. The part that holds the decanters revolves and has an attached border of leaves and vines. The handle is embellished with flowers and leaves. There is also blooming on the part below the handle. Each decanter is 10" tall. the stoppers are spire shaped and have some issues of chipped bottoms but they don't take away from the beauty of the decanter. One spire has a chip(see pic) but it isn't noticeable b/c it chipped in the same shape of the spire. One decanter has a crack in the very top(see pic) but it isn't through the piece. Bottoms of decanters are cut star design. The tops of the decanters are ground where the stoppers fit. I feel sure it would not be a problem to have the stoppers ground down evenly if one so desired. This is really a lovely unusual piece of the past!!!
