Silverplated Pierced and Reticulated Basket By Middleton Silver Plate Co.
Offered is a beautiful pedestal foot basket that measures 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" and 9" tall with handle in upright position. The foot of the basket is pierced and reticulated as well as the basket. The handle has pierced work on it and a solid area in the center to engrave. The basket was made by Middleton Silver Plate Co. of Middleton, Ct. Marked on the underneath side. Slight wear to center of basket. A large monogram would totally cover the wear. A really lovely basket.Circa:1900
