Very vintage silver plated master butter knife and matching sugar spoon, handsome classic Adam pattern, 1917, Community line, Oneida Silver. Excellent condition with only light evidence of use and polishing, bright finish. These are each marked 2nd by Oneida, who had extremely high standards, individually inspecting each piece, and any piece that wasn't perfectly struck was stamped 2nd and sold at the factory store, where Central New Yorkers eagerly snatched them up to fill in or build their silver sets at a lower cost. Decades later, it is almost always impossible to see what the imperfection actually was, especially from the early years, which these pieces are indeed from. Freshly hand polished and ready for your immediate use. See my shop under Silver, Silverplate, Flatware or Serving Pieces Flatware to locate more pieces while I have them. I will of course combine multiple item purchases for actual cost only shipping, by combined weight.
We do expect payment at time of purchase for single items, just click the Pay Now button on the purchase order. Multiple item purchases can either be paid for at the time of purchase, and we will refund overages on shipping and insurance cost to the penny, or you can wait for an invoice with our adjusted combined weight shipping costs, and then make payment.
