They measure 33.25 x 20.5 inches. Measurements on the original label indicate the unfinished, unsewn size, not the finished size. They are in excellent, unused condition, have been nicely stored. They of course have age darkening and storage speckling, and a water blotch as shown which will launder out nicely but is perhaps not for the beginning collector who does not know how to clean such items, and will need to be soaked prior to use. I do recommend a product called Restoration for this purpose. It can be located in an online Search by typing in the words Restoration linen cleaner in the Search box.

I am listing numerous linens this week from the same estate, that of a woman in her 90s and these Italian pieces were her from her mother's trousseau, married in the early 1920s, a first generation Italian American bride. Many items were sent from family in Italy for wedding gifts, and very few were ever used. Note, insurance for this item can be declined by the buyer at the time of purchase order, if preferred.
