Antique Howe Red Cast Iron Scales

A charming antique Howe red cast iron scales perfect for a kitchen accent piece. Very collectable, this one is a nice small size and has most of its original red paint and set of weights. The original brass measure is in very good antique condition and has a wonderful patina. It is marked "Howe" and "Rutland,Vermont". The scale measures 13" long by 8" tall by 10" deep. Weighs a little over 9 pounds. Looks wonderful in a French country or traditional kitchen with fruit,vegetables,nuts, or candy in the brass pan.
