Victorian Bohemian Garnet Star Necklace

Lovely Victorian Bohemian garnet necklace with star pendant. Deep burgundy colored rose cut stones in a prong setting. Set in a base metal known as "garnet gold". Two dimensional star is 1.25" wide by 1.5" high. Garnet links contain four tiny garnets and alternate with dainty gold links. Necklace hangs 11" long. Marked on clasp Czechoslovakia and dates to the late 1900's. One tiny garnet stone is missing from a link. Otherwise, in excellent antique condition.
