Pair Vintage French Linen Towels

A pair of vintage French farmhouse linen towels in excellent condition. A generous size of 37.5" long by 23.5" wide. Each one is cream and beige linen stripe with a basket weave pattern at each end. The towels are very crisp and look as though they were hardly used. There is one small spot on the back side of one towel (see photo) and the hem on one towel needs to be slip stitched. Marked with hand embroidered initials "E p S". These would look charming in a country French bedroom or powder room as well as kitchen.
