Primitive Folk Art Oil Painting Seascape

A delightful folk art oil painting of a seascape with a cottage and a windmill. Oil on card with heavy applied paint in areas. Signed in lower right-----Waterman. Painting measures 10" by 8.25". Original frame measures 13" by 11". Very good condition with antique patina to frame. This and another painting by Waterman came from a nice Lexington,KY estate. I believe it to be early to mid 20th century.
