This man or father doll was made in the 1920s when they changed the style of the bisque shoulder head men dolls. He was probably made in Germany, however, I cannot get his clothes to move enough to see a mark. He is 4-1/8" tall x 2" wide x 7/8" deep. He has light brown hair that has a part and hair lines. He has blue eyes, rosy cheeks, and red lips. He is wearing a black felt jacket with lapels and a tail. He also has a vest that is black. His pants are tweed black and white. He has an off white shirt with a red/brown tie. His shoes are brown and shiny.
This doll was played with. He has a very shallow flake off of the back of one foot that can be seen in the picture. His clothes are a bit worn.
