Westmoreland Milk Glass 3 Roosevelt Bears Plate Early

This milk glass plate shows three Roosevelt bears. One has a pipe, one is reading, and the other bear is listening. All three are in suits. This is the earlier milk glass the has the opalescent edges. It has a zigzag border. It has the Westmoreland mark on the back of "W over G". This plate has a 7-1/4" diameter and is 7/8" tall.

This milk glass plate is in nice condition. There is are a couple of small spots of "roughness" that have collected some dirt on the back (see pictures). There are no chips or cracks.
