The Borden Company 1943 Christmas Card Elsie, Elmer, Beulah Pop-Up

For several years during the 1940s the Borden Company sent out Christmas cards with Elsie and her gang on them. This is the card from 1943.

It measures 5-7/8" wide x 4-7/8" tall when closed. It shows a family on the outside going to the window, and Elmer, Elsie and Beulah in a pop-up on the inside singing carols. It is copyrighted 1943 on the inside - there is a glue spot by this copyright. There is also a poem. Someone wrote 1942 in ink on the bottom by the poem.

Other than the glue spot on the inside and the 1943 written it is in good condition. The pop-up is great - no tears. The back, as you can see, was glued in a book at one time. I have not tried to remove it!! Hard to find Elsie item!! Will be mailed in a rigid mailer.
