Lovely Carol L. Brooks 14 Karat Gold Stone Bead Necklace 40 inches long
Presented is a vintage 14 karat gold beaded necklace designed by Carol L. Brooks. The necklace is 19 inches long and hangs very low, as you can see in the photograph below. Of course the necklace could be worn doubled up. The necklace is comprised of alternating ivory beads, 14 karat yellow gold and stone beads. There is one large, hand carved and painted bead of a full bodied, traditional robed Chinese man. The ivory has wonderful graining and crosshatching.

One bead is marked Designs by Carol L. Brooks. The gold beads have been tested with nitric acid and are guaranteed to be 14 karat purity.
This piece is virtually mint overall condition. There is a microscopic chip to one of the feet of the man but you literally have to be closely inspecting the piece to see it. There are no missing pieces, no other chips, no cracks, no breaks and no repairs.
The necklace measures 40 inches long.
