Beautiful baby christening cap with lots of lace and inset crown and rows of tatting. This cap dates to the Edwardian era and was part of an ensemble worn by the same child. The dress is separately listed. The pieces do not match but were nevertheless part of the ceremonial dress for the same child. The cap is mounted in a shadow box frame and is well preserved.
