Fitz & Floyd 1977 Lemon Jar for Jellies, Jams
Lovely two-piece jam, jelly or other condiment jar by Fitz and Floyd. It is labeled on the base with the Fitz & Floyd maker's mark and dated in Roman numerals, 1977. It also has a Fitz & Floyd paper label, and is made in Japan. The jar is shaped like a lemon and has a lemon leaf atop the lid. The handle is the lemon stem. Fitz & Floyd designs have established a tradition of fine detail and this little condiment jar is no exception. The size is 4" long and 3" high and approx. 2.5" in diameter at the widest point. Inside is a votive candle which is another use for the jar.
