Vintage Cut Crystal Diamond-Shaped Box, Frosted Floral Design on Lid
Beautiful cut glass box, diamond-shaped, with a frosted and cut flower and leaf design covering the lid, and many arches, stars, and fan cuts around the sides of the base. The box is two colors, a deep yellow and clear. The contrast of the beautiful and deeply colored yellow is riveting. There are some condition issues on the box. The base has a rather sizeable chunk out of one of the points, but considering it is on the base, it does not compromise the beauty of the piece. I have shown this flaw in one of the photos. There are some other small chips on the piece, but overall, it is in good condition for such a delicate piece. Size is 8" long at the longest point of the diamond shape, 5.5" wide, and 3.25" high.
