Rare and beautiful, this wonderful, small book by artist Harrison Fisher, printed in New York by Charles Scribner's Sons in 1912, features 32 pages of his illustrations of American beauties captured in poses as diverse as a pretty girl holding a bull terrier nestled in her arms to a young women dressed in her wedding finery to yet another standing under the mistletoe in a yuletide scene. Each seems to be more delightful and charming than the next. The book is 5.5" x 8.5" is cloth bound. It is now 100 years old and looking as pretty as the girls inside. One of the illustrations has a scuff mark on the image.
