Vintage Florentine Tray Painted Red and Gold
Lovely round Florentine tray painted a rich red and subdued, antique gold. The upturned, scalloped rim is edged in gold and supported by a wide border of red just underneath. The center is finished with an elaborate quatrefoil design featuring elaborate scrolling against an ivory-colored background. Overall dimensions are 15.25" in diameter. The back of the tray is scored in a diamond pattern and finished in antique gold paint. Condition is very good with some wear and a few scratches as would be expected in a vintage piece.
