Vintage 14kt. Gold-Filled Heart Within a Heart Necklace

Lovely 14kt. gold-filled necklace with a stylized heart nestled within another heart and hanging on a very fine link, gold-filled chain. The smaller of the two hearts within the larger one twirls on a pivoting ball that hangs from the bale on the heart. The total length of the chain is 18". The larger heart is approx. .75" long. The hearts are textured on the exterior with a tiny leaf design.
