Vintage Hand-Painted Porcelain Box with Metal Encased Rims
Lovely, oblong porcelain box in a rich, pompadour pink with reserves surrounded by gold scrolling and filled with floral bouquets. The rim of the base and hinged lid are encased in goldtone metal, and the inside base and lid are also accented with tiny sprays of flowers. This appealing little boudoir box has an arched lid and flat base, and the metal clasp in in excellent condition. Size is approx. 3" long, 1 and 1/16" wide and 1.5" high. No marks on the unglazed base.
