Vintage French Micro Beaded Metallic Purse or Flapper handbag "ART DECO"

Here for your consideration is a vintage French micro beaded purse. The handle and design is both art deco. The purse measures 10" long from the frame to the bottom of the fringe and 5" across. I believe the liner is silk and has a "Made in France" label. The liner does have some rips/tears in it. There is an 18 inscribed in the frame on the inside. Not sure if that stands for the year or what. I don't find any issues with the bag, just the liner. The beads are gold, silver, and bronze. The purse was well cared for. A lovely estate find.
