China Head Doll "Agnes" - Germany
This vintage china head doll has her name "Agnes" on her shoulder plate. There is some loss to the plate, but otherwise she's in nice tight condition. She has no legs, and it may be she never had. Her knees are tied off and no indication of any glue left. Marked on the back of her plate is "Patent applied for - Germany". She is 10" long to the knee, and I'm sure if you'd care to give her legs, that could be easily done. Her arms and hands are also china and in good condition. A lot of these china heads are the dark-haired ones, and I believe the blonde ones are less common.
