Exquisite Victorian Beaded Doll Headpiece Hat - With Feathers
This is an exquisite hand beaded Victorian doll headpiece. It is in the traditonal mourning era black beads, velvet, lace, & feathers. Has 4 clear stones in the middle. Gorgeouse beadwork intact. Retains most of feathers. I have it pictured on an old German mohair doll wig (wig not included)and it is just beautiful!
Designed to pin on top. Has a black pin in cap. Head of pin has some cracks/chips. I am unsure if it is original. Inside part of fabric cap measures 4" across. Some of the beadwork extends about approx 2" from cap. And of course, feathers extend out.
