David Winter Triple Oast, dated 1981 and in very good condition. What most folks love about David Winter's work is the incredibly fascinating detail in every piece, and the Triple Oast is an example of his very early work. The medium is a molded resin and all pieces are hand made as well as hand painted. An oast, or oast house, is traditionally used for grain or hop drying, making this an ideal gift for the home brewer and this one is in perfect shape, having suffered no damage (all three wind vanes are intact) or repairs and the protective felt bottom is in as new condition. Also on the bottom is the original David Winter paper label which includes the year of release. The Triple Oast is 5 5/8 inches high and has a footprint of roughly 4 X 7 inches.
