This 8 X 10 original oil painting by L. Warner shows a famous surfers beach near Newport, Rhode Island called Second Beach. This was rendered en plein air on a beautiful September day with light making the water such a pretty shade of pale green. L. Warner captured the big wave break from a hill just above the action where many surfers were riding the waves all day.

Painted on an archival wooden panel covered with cotton canvas, this is presented in a solid wooden frame with interesting detail in soft metallic gold. It measures overall 11.5 X 13.5.
