Snoqualmie Falls, WA-Spring Melt-8 X 10 Oil Painting on Canvas Panel by L. Warner

This framed 8 X 10 oil painting of Snoqualmie Falls, a well known and loved spot just east of Seattle shows the powerful spring melt. It is very near the little town of Bend which became the famous setting for the TV show called Twin Peaks many years ago. Historically, it was an engineering feat to build and greatly improved the entire regions prosperity.

This diminutive oil painting on stretched canvas packs a big scene with lots of drama in the water. It is signed in the lower right corner and presented in a beautiful solid wood frame ready for hanging.

Formerly a professional photographer and communications director, the past decade has been devoted to studying oil painting with many highly respected artist instructors from coast to coast. Now, a full time oil painter specializing in landscapes, my artwork has been represented in galleries in Wisconsin, Utah, Washington, Rhode Island and Massachusetts with paintings in many private collections. As a contemporary realist with an impressionistic flair, I strive to capture fleeting moments inspired by Mother Nature.
