Oooh la la! If you are going to drink white wine, champagne or a martini, why not drink it in a French Baccarat crystal glass? We are offering two glasses, with an additional two claret glasses also available in our store. These were produced near Luneville France and feature panel cut round funnel bowls decorated with continuous leaf friezes around the rims, supported on hexagonal stems and feet. They date to the early 20th Century, c. 1920. They come with an appraisal from O'Toole-Ewald Art Associates, Inc. New York and Venice, given about 1995. Replacement value at that time (almost 20 years ago) was $150 per stem. Baccarat did not acid etch its stemware until the late 1920s, so these are unmarked but descended in the family of the owner from whom we purchased them, as well as being verified by the esteemed appraisers mentioned above. 5 1/4" tall with a 4 1/4" diameter bowl. No chips, cracks or repairs. Pristine at almost 100 years old!
