EAPG Iridescent Green "Shell and Jewel" Cream Pitcher – Westmoreland Specialty Glass C0. – Circa: 1893

This is an absolutely lovely antique cream pitcher in shimmering iridescent green of the shell and jewel pattern made by the Westmoreland Specialty Glass Company around 1893 – the iridescent green color was discontinued in the early 1900's.

This fabulous cream pitcher, although missing a lid, is in very good to excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs save 4 tiny flea bites around the very edge of the outer rim of the base and in no way detracts from the overall quality of presentation of the piece. This exquisite little pitcher weighs 10.6 ounces, is just over 4 inches tall, the mouth measures 4 inches by 3 inches and the footed base is 2 ¾ inches in diameter.

Thank you for your interest in this gorgeous iridescent green Shell and Jewel pattern antique cream pitcher by the Westmoreland Specialty Glass Company and please feel free to browse our Ruby Lane exclusive shop, Little River Antiques & Collectibles, for other unique and exciting treasures.
