Post Cards -Pair of New England Scene based upon Artworks Circa 60s.

The card of the Gulls is based upon the water color,"Gulls" by Maine artist Laurence Sisson. It is a painting of Maine's rock-bound coast. It is published by Eastern Illustrating Co of Tenants Harbor, Maine. It was made by Dexter Press of NY. It is a beautiful picture in turquoise and browns and has a scalloped edge.

The second card was designed as a montage of local sites of Rockport, Ma. It was published for Curtis News of Rockport and the color is by Mike Roberts of Berkley, Ca. All is based upon an original painting by Frank Beatty.

Both are very good in condition with no scratches, or frayed edges. Neither were ever mailed.
