SCRUMPTIOUS 14K Gold, .55CT TW Diamond & Amethyst Drop Earrings!

AGE: C.1980 or so

ITEM: A pair of white gold drop earrings for pierced ears featuring cultured pearls, diamonds and pale amethyst. The earrings are leverback and lightweight - perfect for day or night!

CONDITION: Excellent with no problems I can spot.

METAL CONTENT: 14K Gold

HALLMARKS: Makers mark along with 14K on the back of the earrings.

SIZE: From top of design to bottom measures 1-1/8"; width is 3/8".

Pearls number 2 to each earrings. Center pearl measures 5.5mm; bottom pearl measures 4.4mm.

Amethysts number 3 to each earring and are marquise cut. My best estimate is 5 points each for a total amethyst count of .30CT TW for the pair.

Diamonds number 8 to each earring. Best guess as to total weight each earring is 12.5 pts for a total diamond count of .25CT TW for the pair.

WEIGHT: 4.6 grams the pair

FINAL COMMENTS: So elegant with a rich look that belies its price.
