R.S. Prussia Footed Rose Decorated Jardiniere with Roman styled handles.
R.S. Prussia "Red Mark" authentic. Reinhold Schlegelmilch Porcelain ca. early 1900's
Reinhold Schlegelmilch produced R.S. Prussia porcelain at his factory in the town that is now Suhl, Germany from the late 1800s through the beginning of World War I.
Pieces bearing an "R.S. Prussia" mark in red lettering surrounded by a green wreath were made at the turn of the last century. This "red mark" is the most popular and recognized with collectors.
This rare and hard to find piece is decorated with Pink and Red Roses on the vine with a multi green colored foliage. This piece has 3 ball feet and are trimmed in gold leaf design. The handles are shaped in a "roman" style.
This piece measures 4 1/2" high and 4 1/4" wide at the top.
Beautiful condition with NO CHIPS, NO CRACKS, NO CRAZING, NO REPAIRS.
