Fine Art Deco Period 14K yellow gold bracelet with three 4.04-mm square blue sapphires, an estimated .4 carts each/ 1.2 carats total, by J.A & S.W. Granberry, Newark, New Jersey. From a time when white gold jewelry was at the height of its popularity, this showy Jazz-age bracelet in warm yellow gold is a refreshing alternative. Each of the rectangular links has a diagonally placed, stylized fleur-de-lis with a glittering beaded surface in the center with Art Deco fans on each end and an egg-and-dart border, and the three step-cut sapphires are a vivid blue that's rich against the yellow gold. The top-and-bottom have a pattern of undulating ovals and circles, the bracelet closes securely with a strong spring-and-box clasp with safety clasp and marks for 14k gold and J.A & S.W. Granberry. In excellent vintage condition, measures just over 7-inches long, 3/16-inches wide and weighs 10.0 grams.
