1940's Beaded Claret Red Crepe Cocktail Dress

1940's claret red crepe cocktail dress with a wonderful "yoke" of iridescent bugle beads capping the shoulders and encircling the neckline, a row of same-fabric buttons and loops in back and a gather with draped flounce on the back of the left hip. In very good uncleaned vintage condition with a few small sections of missing beads, there is a side zipper closure and the dress measures an unexpanded 45-inches long with a 36 bust, 26 waist and 17-inch sleeve.
