1960s Vintage Black Tulle Hat Pill Box Style with Velvet Button
Mod meets elegance with this quality black tulle hat accented with a velvet button at the crown. The tulle has narrow ribbons woven through it and is set in several overlapping sections around the hat. There is an inner grosgrain headband and no label is present.

Condition is wonderful with no issues to note. The gap you see in the photos of the inside(where light shines through) is the result of my not positioning the tulle sections in place. These move and need to overlap just right so that the entire hat is covered. There are no tears or stains.
