Gorgeous- I. Rice-Czech glass- perfume bottle
This wonderful I.Rice bottle is a stunning piece. The glass was made in Czechoslovakia as indicated on the bottom . I. rice was a great maker and designer of this type of perfume bottle. It is solid and heavy and has a bold look. The bottom portion has a thick saw tooth edge and a layered look. The stopper or applicator is fabulous with a thick open work design. The glass is both clear and frosted with intaglio work depicting a pot of beautiful trailing flowers. The very bottom of the stopper has a glass applicator- in super condition. Every thing about this piece is feminine and so artful. The very bottom of one tiny area has a chip. You cannot see it unless you are on top of it -it is mostly on the underside. Not a major deterrent at all-the item is exquisite! Excellent condition!! 8 1/2" tall- The base is 4 1/4" round . Super gift idea!!!
