Vintage Micro - Mosaic Flower Pin - ITALY
Victorian style pin was made in Italy to sell to tourists.
At the center is a bouquet of red and white flowers and tiny green leaves with white shading all composed of tiny tresserae or mosaic tiles.
The bouquet has a border of white tiles and is surrounded by half moons of alternating red and blue with gray tresserae. Between are green triangles with white centers.
The back and sides are gold tone metal and has a c clasp.
