Antique English oak barley twist umbrella or cane stand dating back to C.1910.
This beautiful hall piece boasts 2 carved barley twist spindles to the front and rope style carved beading to the front and side edges of the lower shelf. The beading on one side is slightly different but this doesn't stand out.
It is constructed from solid oak and still retains the original white tin drip trays.
The wood has developed a wonderful golden oak patina which only age can bring.
It is in solid, sturdy condition and would be a perfect fit for any country cottage decor.
