6 Volumes "Little Journeys To The Homes Of......" By Elbert Hubbard, The Roycrofters 1916

6 Volumes in the "Little Journeys to the Homes of......." series by Elbert Hubbard and published by WM.H.Wise & Co, New York & Chicago. Copyright 1916 by "The Roycrofters".

Elbert Hubbard was a founder of Roycroft, an Arts & Crafts movement community in east Aurora, New York in 1895. "The Roycrofters" produced handsome books printed on hand made paper and bound with modeled leather.

Each book is printed on the characteristic hand made paper and the modeled leather binding has beautiful brown tones to it in a very Arts and Crafts style. The binding on the spine is missing on the "Great Business Men" book and they are all in used condition which I feel gives them a great aged look.

Includes: American Statesmen, Eminent Orators, Great Reformers, Great Businessmen, Great Scientists, Great Lovers.

Dimensions: 8 1/2" x 6 1/2.
