Framed Miniature of a Woman with Mandolin

This miniature of a French woman seated in her parlor with her mandolin is framed in a mosaic ivory colored decorative frame. There is a metal relief rim with convex glass around the miniature portrait. The portrait is hand painted in colorful accents on ivory and signed on the lower right side of the miniature. The artists signature appears to be Reynolds. It is in good condition and measures 7 3/4 in. by 8 1/4 in. overall. This is a well done miniature. DS
