Faience Bouquetiere with Lid

This lovely French Bouquetiere is signed Cherbourg on the bottom. It is white potter with dark blue, yellow, orange, and green floral designs on it. At the front is a crowned banner crest design. The are openings around the fullness of the piece where floral arrangements can be placed. There is a lid at the top and stands on a pedestal style base. The condition is very good with normal wear from age with a couple of flakes on the glaze inside the rim. There is normal wear on the bottom. There are no chips, cracks or breaks seen. It measures 7 in. high by 5 in. wide. This is a lovely French piece. BC
