Blue & White Transfer Ware Platter by Thomas Fell & Co.

This is a lovely blue and white transfer ware platter by Thomas Fell & Co. It was Registered on January 11, 1845. Thomas Fell was an English potter that was in business from 1817 to 1890.

This is a lovely scene of a group of people and a dog on a terrace on one side of a lake and a large house or castle on the opposite side and a couple of boats in the water. Trees and other flora add to the scene.

The platter measures about 15 ¼" long and about 12 ¼ " wide. The condition is good, no chips or cracks. Very slight discoloration on the back.
