Baguette Cut Rhinestone Necklace
This vintage rhinestone necklace measures 15 inches long, 1/4 inch wide and has a push-in snap closure. It has a silver-toned metal base with faceted baguette cut stones. You can't find them like this much anymore. All stones are present and shiny. Some of the stones, although shiny, have a smoky tone. I am not sure that this is from age or whether this is the original state. It looks like alternating stones of clear and smoky. This necklace dates back to the 1950s and is still a very beautiful piece. It is unmarked and in good vintage condition, giving consideration to the age.
