Napkin rings openwork design sterling Roden Bros., Toronto, Canada

Napkin rings openwork design sterling Roden Bros., Toronto, Canada

Offered are a lovely pair of sterling silver napkin rings hallmarked for the Toronto, Canada silver maker Roden Bros., Ltd.. They were established in 1891 and purchased by Birks in the 1950's. They have an illustrious history in Canada as they were retail agents for the Goldsmith's Stock Company of Canada.

The hallmark is an early one and the napkin rings probably date from 1904-1915. The condition is very good. They are monogrammed - one with a B and the second with an E. The measurement is 1 3/4" in diameter and 7/8" height. Total weight is 8 grams. Very good condition.
