Cufflinks chased monogram 10k gold

This delicate gold cufflinks are stamped for 10k gold. This would indicate they are of American origin. The type of link was in use during the Victorian period. The delicate chased design shows three concentric circles on a square with curved corners. Outside the circles is a small design overall. The monogram is on one side and I believe it is LHB but this may be incorrect. This is a lovely flowing monogram not seen today. The cufflinks measure approximately 1/2". They weigh 4 grams. There is one dark spot on the back of one cufflink which did not come out when buffed. This was most likely the result of acid testing and failing to remove the acid. It is discoloration not damage and has been inspected by a jeweler
