Cameo ring habille female with diamond necklace 10k gold

Offered is a young woman dressed with her hair swept back 1920's style and wearing her jewels. It is stamped for 10k gold and has a jeweler's hallmark with a K inside a triangle. I believe it is fro Charles Keller & Co. located in New York city. The ring is stamped for 10k gold with a small diamond of about 2 points. It is a US size 4.25 and could be re-sized.

The setting is a pretty interwoven gold braid and solid back to provide a sturdy frame for the cameo. Measurements are approximately 3/4" N/S and 1/2" E/W. Condition is very good. Weighs 2.8 grams.
