Edwardian Demi Parure Turquoise Enamel 14K Gold

Offered is a beautiful set comprising bombe earrings and brooch or lavaliere. The turquoise enamel is delicate and perfectly accents the yellow gold. The set is in very good condition and appears original including the pin back. The earrings are pierced and I believe the wires are later replacements. The wires are stamped for 14k gold. The individual pieces are not stamped but have been acid tested for 14k and are guaranteed.

You will enjoy the lovely lavaliere just by itself. The central ovoid appears to be hand hammered to contrast with the smooth polished accent and skirted with round delicate textured design all around it. The small dangling balls are in good condition filling the area on either side of the replicated bombe of the earrings.

The chain is not included as it is not original to the demi parure, but if you are interested in it I can provide information. There is very slight wear to the gold.

The earrings measure 1 7/8" long including the wire. The brooch/lavaliere is approximately 2 1/4" long and 1 1/4" wide with the pin stick extending slightly beyond which was common for antique jewelry. There is very superficial wear to the enamel and one earring has an irregular line which may have been from the enameling process as it does not go through.
