Old folk art sailor valentine seashell grotto by the sea big and pretty

This is an old 1920's sailor's valentine a seashell grotto by the sea which is very unusual in it's shape and form. Next to the lady waiting for her fisherman husband is a boat represented in being on the sea with a miniature water color painting of the sea and written in script is says Atlantic city. She and the sweet goose are made of celluloid. The grotto is made of colored sand which covers the wall of the building and then added are many shells. This item is in fine condition without damage and usually these are broken or torn here and there. The grotto measures 12 1/2"L X 4 1/2"h X 4"D. I suppose if you live up near New York or that area this would be extra special for your collection or decor. It is very sweet and these are becoming harder to find now at days. The estimated value on this is between 150.00 to 200.00.
